The Stacks node will only use the Bitcoin RPC API when operating a miner.

We don't need to do that in production (but we need the RPC in dev-env).

We should

  1. Update our docs (and diagram) to remove the RPC.
  2. Update our docker-compose for mainnet/testnet.
