Update from 11/05 meeting:

• No objections to selecting members of the Governance Working Group as leads for the grant proposal project streams
• @HaroldDavis3 has stepped up to the take the lead on the voting mechanism
• We still need a project lead for the Code of Conduct (we will try to identify a lead for this within the next week)
• Over the next week, we will connect async (on Discord) to confirm project leads
