A new sorting algorithm according to motion

Hi, in my exploring of stash, i found a very nice feature which is phash

So, i thought about an algorithm that can sort videos according to speed of motion within the video, by comparing for ex the motion speed between 2 frames.

For example, i see this video as fast moving video that can be used as a reference...
The video named "Haifa Wehbe - Yalla ma3 ba3d clip (HD) هيفا وهبي - يلا مع بعض.webm" got deleted from youtube :)

My algorithm knowledge is not very advanced, but i know a bit
