[Feature] Add "Ignore Auto Tag" box to scraped performer create dialog

When creating a new site or performer during scraping, I'd like to see an option to add the ignore auto tagger within the create dialog box, similar to how you can uncheck the details you don't want when creating.

Right now when you create the studio or performer, you need to go to that object that was just created in a new window to keep from losing your progress and check the ignore auto tagger box there, then save again, This would be useful when creating no-last-name performers when scraping.

Hopefully that makes sense and its not a huge ask to do so.
