Alongside the NitroAdjudicator, we may in future need to deploy

VirtualPaymentApp
ConsensusApp

if we want to do some end to end tests which cover unhappy paths.

Nitro contracts are no longer deployed on Docker start. See statechannels/go-nitro-testground#121
