Update Grid (CGMES) part and add NC (Network Code) and Asset (CDPSM) part.

Nordic44_CPSM_01_MF.xml is replaced by Enterprise/Manifest

Nordic44_07_AssetCatalogue.xml is splitt into N44-ENT-Scheider_AC.xml and N44-ENT-Siemens_AC.xml

Nordic44_03_inc.xml is not included now. This will be added as a scenario.

The following file will not added this time since the represent share ownership and is outside the scope:

  • Nordic44_03_Common_ElectricalProperties.xml
  • Nordic44_02_OPA-OPB_ElectricalProperties.xml
  • Nordic44_03_OPA_ElectricalProperties.xml
  • Nordic44_03_OPB_ElectricalProperties.xml

This will be addressed in the issue #18
