It would be useful to open two tabs, side by side, as in a diff, to compare or analyze texts or program codes.
Tip: There is something similar in Syncplify-me-Notepad. In time, a Document Map (at right) and a Zoom Bar (at bottom) would be nice too.

you can drag a tab to create a new window
the scrollbar at the right already shows you search results, found words, bookmarks, ...
and you can change the zoom level from the status bar.
