Create a report on the improvement of using xdrill and processors

We should write a report and possibly a blog post about the xdrill and processors package improvements to stellar-etl. This could be as simple as look at the number of lines and % of code that was removed from stellar-etl or go more in-depth about the advantages of abstracting away xdr parsing or having a consolidated processors library that can be used for any data ingesting/parsing service
