Feature Request: Trustline creation and sponsorship #122

What problem does your feature solve?

After account sponsorship and creation, each stellar account needs to create a trustline with an asset's issuer to be able to hold a balance. The feature will allow users to hold balance of multiple assets.

What would you like to see?

Added support for trustline creation and sponsorship.

What alternatives are there?

Stellar does not offer an alternative to trustlines except for Smart contract assets.
