Release inconsolata-nerd-font v0.4

Changed:
- Update to the latest version of the Nerd Fonts
- Replace the Inconsolata fonts by its variant *InconsolataLGC*, which
  also contains Hellenic and Cyrillic glyphs, as well as bold-italic and
  italic variants (fixes #1)
