As discussed offline we would like to alternatively produce a stack of PDF files each including a CS. This is going to extend to current mvsusie_plot() function. This is particularly useful when SNPs in CSs interlock each other.

Another improvement to mvsusie_plot is to sort the x-axis so the CS will not interlock.
