Time Zone support

I did a double-take when I saw "5 minutes ago" yet the time was listed as somewhere in the 2PM range. Granted, I'm in Central US time, but I'd imagine for someone on the other side of the globe, it'd look awkward.

The system has time zone support - I just need to expose it to profiles and make sure the display is consistent.

Alternatively, we can all use Swatch Beats.

I wanted to ask for custom date/time formats too but didn't know if that should be under another request or not.
