Reply button visible in locked threads

There are threads like this where it is not possible to reply. There is no visual indication on this, but I assume these are "locked" threads.

The reply button is still visible, clickable, and takes me to the reply page, which has no reply form.

The reply button should not be visible, a "locked" button or some other indicator should be in it's place.

The reply page should return an error, like "this thread is locked, you can't post here, go away".

You can't reply to those threads? That isn't locked at all.

I'm going to check the settings for that subforum.

Fixed that forum (although this bug is still valid). Anyone should be able
to post there now.
