Reasonable Length Limit for Thread Titles

The reason I'm asking for this is to avoid the following situation: http://beta.stepmania.com/forums/songs/show/156

138 characters in a title. That's about the length of a tweet, which is way too long for a thread title.

There is a length limit. I just set it pretty high.
