Redeem points reward with text doesn't show the reward text (it used to show it) [Twitch]

I guess it may be some api change or something because the problem began out of nowhere, not after an update.
Configuration has turned on Get even info like point redeems. The chat shows the reward redeem, but doesn't show the text the viewer wrote for the reward.
The reward is a TTS one. Last week social stream showed the reward redeemed alert and after that, the text redeemed. It stopped happening.
