Setup cannot find Alfred.alfredpreferences if workflows folder does not exist #145

During npm setup, it assumes you already have a workflows folder inside of your Alfred.alfredpreferences folder. If you do not, the setup script will not be able to ever "find" Alfred.alfredpreferences
