First of all, the settings Electron app doesn't load all the projects I have access to.

Secondly, even if I disable some of the projects in the settings app, the workflow still returns results for those projects, so the settings seem to be ignored.

Interesting. I have not experienced either of those two issues.

According to Jira's API documentation for "get all project," it doesn't appear that there's any max limit of projects that it will return for a user. If you go to http://{your_jira_address}/rest/api/2/project in a browser, do you see any of the projects that are missing from the workflow? Do any of the missing projects contain special characters (like an &) in their name?

In regards to your second problem, there are a few reasons your project settings may be ignored:

  • The settings were updated, but they were not saved (I know. But I have to mention it).
  • All of the projects are disabled.
    • The workflow requires that at least one project be enabled.
  • One or more of your bookmarks does not have "Limit query to enabled projects" enabled.

Hopefully that gives you some idea of what might be happening but if you could provide a little more information about your configuration, I'd be happy to help troubleshoot.
