Error display in command prompt when opening HiveWE.exe (ver. 0.7)

I got this problem, after I downloaded the newer version of HiveWE.

The window for HiveWE appears but it doesn't display anything, only a white window.

What download link did you use? 4350 is a weird error, it's

4350 (0x10FE)
This file is currently not available for use on this computer.

Which tells me very little :p. What are your PC specs, OS, WC3 version and such?

I used the download link from this post.
I use a RTX 3080

and a Ryzen 7 5800X3D

OS is Windows 10 and the absolute latest WC3 version 1.36. something.

That error is caused by the program not being able to load some of the files it needs.
Do some sanity checks:

• have you fully extracted the whole archive or did you accidentally run from zip,
• are the files on a local disk or did you accidentally place them in some file sync tool that could be breaking (onedrive or sth)
  Stuff like that. If neither of these two helps, check on google maybe?
