Don't Need DAGs Across VMs #42

As of Airflow v 1.10.7, DAGs can be stored in the meta-data(base) making the webserver stateless. https://airflow.apache.org/docs/stable/dag-serialization.html

Opening as note to self in future containerized version. No need to distribute dags across containers.
