Looks like toolchain is unmaintained, we'll have to look for a different action. Might be worth switching to https://github.com/dtolnay/rust-toolchain/ .

We will start investigating this alternative toolchain in December.

We might want to start doing this sooner if we're interested in incorporating, e.g, miri into our nightly CI.
