Upgrading the operator?

Seems like upgrading is not yet included in the operator, what is the best way to upgrade the operator at the moment?

Which catalog source image tag are you using? Upgrades should work.

Yes, I deleted all instances of the kafka-console when 0.6.0 was released and installed everything from scratch. But maybe I did that before eveything was ready?

There was a bug in the initial 0.6.0 release that affected the OLM catalog, so maybe you reinstalled at the point before 0.6.1 was released with the fix?

Yes, I installed before 0.6.1. was released.

Does that mean I need to start from scratch again? 🙂

I would redo the subscription, but the catalog should be OK. If you don't see the new versions, you can delete the catalog pod and it will be recreated with the latest image. It should be auto-pulled periodically, but if it doesn't appear to have been pulled lately you can try that. If you already have a Console CR, you should be fine to leave it in place and any resources it has created for a console instance.

Ok, I deleted all and started from scratch, this is only in our lab environment at the moment.
But then I got version 0.6.1. 🙂
