The function-color-relative prevents mistakes that occur from using deprecated and misleading functions, so I'd suggest to include it in this preset config.

or maybe best wait for stylelint-scss/stylelint-scss#1060 to land, and add both at the same time.

That is now merged and released (https://github.com/stylelint-scss/stylelint-scss/releases/tag/v6.8.0), so this issue should be unblocked now.
