subscription cart rule shows in admin and order history as shipping coupon applied

After creating the required cart rule, the customers order history view as well as in the admin panel shows that cart rule as applied to the shipping total, reading as "Shipping & Handling (Subscription Discount)".

@garthbrantley Currently I am not able to reproduce this issue.

• I have the cart rule created per the docs.
• I have tried applying the discount to the shipping amount
• I have tried giving free shipping
• I tried swapping the order of the fields in checkout

Could the shipping method title have been changed?
