Update: Issue no longer occurs with latest release from build

Config 2 at commit `8048f55`

Steps to reproduce

3DS2 Enabled
Logged into the Magento 2 Frontend
Add an item to your cart and proceed to checkout
Use a challenge flow card like 2303779999000408
Click place order, and complete the challenge
View Stored Payment Methods in My Account

My Account > Stored Payment Methods

Vault Paymen
