Investigate 2 tracks overlapping playback

Sudara thinks this has happened when hitting "back" and playing a track.

Ben has noticed it happening as well, related at all to edited uploads?

I was just replicating this 100% on Safari with the 2nd three tracks.

But I first noticed it somewhere on the homepage accordions in casual listening.

Have Track A playing
[ switch tabs in current window or minimize safari window ]
Track A finishes
Track B Auto-starts
Track B Finishes
Track C Auto-starts
[ switch back to alonetone tab, and playback of Track B restarts while Track C continues to play ]
