This update addresses a breaking bug found in the config prefix command as well as some other minor changes. Included in this release are some example files to assist with setting up a development environment for the bot.

• Fix bug where users couldn't change the bot's prefix in their server (Updating server settings throws error #19)
• Remove "config default" text when displaying the suggestions channel via the config channel command (Remove "config default" text #22)
• Parse < > and [ ] from command arguments as users tend to leave them in quite a bit (Parse <> and [ ] from command inputs for improved usability #20)
