Airgap means that the VMs are anot able to connect to to internet. All fies for installations need to be downloaded on the WSL2 env

  1. Install docker daomon on wsl2
  2. Download all instllation files
  3. Pre build all docker images in WSL2

The Instllation after the step should only uplload the local downloaeed files and push the docker images to the cluster registry.
