What's in this PR?
This example PR demonstrates which files need to be adjusted to change the URL of the administration interface of Sulu from
/admin
to/my-custom-admin
.Why?
Show configurations needed to change the admin route.
Warning
Keep in mind changing the Admin URL does not make your Sulu Installation more secure. Security comes from regular updates. If you want restrict access to the Admin it should be done directly in your webserver via HTTP Authentication directly and/or an IP filter when
/admin
URL is called.Still you can also restrict Sulu to a Subdomain like
sulu.example.org/admin
, you can handle that all inside your webserver configuration without the need to change anything in the code and make things harder for your developers.
