Add Minikube as a Kubernetes provider

Minikube allows you to locally a Kubernetes environment locally without a cloud provider; great for rapid development and testing: https://minikube.sigs.k8s.io/docs/start/

We've suggested Minikube in the past on the official Elastic blog:

The majority of the existing 1ClickECK automation should be able to work with Minikube. Lets consider adding a --cloud local or --cloud minikube as an option.
