Add better staging site

Previously used hosting deploy target, however that led to conflicts with cloud functions needing to handle both sites slightly differently. Should just create a second firebase project for staging (preferably when/if the previous domain becomes available again, i.e. project name sami-maths-club-staging.web.app)
