Add "clear-contact" Command

Some sort of clear-contact command to remove contacts(or all of them and restarting).

By default, this should clear the information of the calling user. I wouldn't want to allow someone to hand it another person's name without either administrative authority or trust assigned by the user. And I certainly wouldn't want anyone but an administrator able to remove ALL contact's information, especially without an undo option or some other sort of backup in place!

store-contact FOO will do it, if what you're looking to do is erase the information.
