Description

The bot needs to be able to work with potential customers in different timezones to book appointments.

Possible Solution

Add timezone as an anticipated context field. If it exists, inject timezone information into the initial message. Also consider changing the appointment tools to automatically use the passed in timezone rather than making it a parameter for the bot.
