$app/stores {navigating} vs Routing

I have a weird behavior happening on my page. When go to (exemple) www.mywebsite.com/admin and then returns to www.mywebsite.com/#idsection the page dont send me to the right section, staying on top of the page. After some tests, I found that this is happening only if I have the $app/stores {navigating} to control my loading spinner. Without the $navigating everything works. I can not find a workqround to this. Anyone else with this problem?
