Svelte compiler rewrite

Please note that the Svelte codebase is currently being rewritten. Thus, it's best to hold off on new features or refactorings for the time being.

Thanks for sharing! I think the FAQ is probably not where we'd add this though. The monthly Svelte blogpost and newsletter seem like it could be a better fit (CC @DreaminDani)
