One topic: How to design "town automata" that we might come across when exploring the world? They need to spawn and despawn so as to not bog down computation. We could start building a library of town "animation loops" independent of the world exploration system. The loops should be "stable", in that they won't suddenly stop from exhausting resources or filling up a destination. One example would be a woodcutter harvesting trees; the trees can just be deleted from the inventory. |

Should have another "dimension" of entities so that subsets of them can be distinguished without exploding the number of entities. |

We can use this thread to centralize topics covered in the swarm meeting (#829). Different topics can each have their own discussion threads but we may want to link to them here. Or maybe we should use labels to group topics.
