Make the backend interface responsive

The whole blackened swell interface only works in full screen. If i want to use half my screen left und the other window right, i can not see all.
for example:
admin/categories
admin/purchase-links
/admin/products
admin/customers
and many more
Also the the menu on the left should have at least a possibility to scroll down!

This is basic, that every element should be able to have Access to in every size of the window.
also this happens sometimes, where not all the space is used
