Status

Use labels to indicate the status of the record.

• 💭 draft Issue is not ready for development for drafts
• needs: discussion There is at least one topic in the pattern descussion meeting about the issue if there is still a discussion necessary
• ✅ approved Review state for taken decisions
• ⛔ rejected Review state for decisions that were reverted. Also close ADR discussion.
