Description

Set up semantic layer token files for each theme present (_post.scss, ...) in the tokens. These files are intended to be @use'd by other output files, so should not be compiled on their own and should not contain any styles other than the tokens.

Notes:
Each theme should be in a separate file as it's not allowed to use multiple themes on one page.
