[bug]: Tooltips add shadow on optional arrow

For visibility purposes please add a shadow on the optional arrow shown on a visible tooltip.

@swisspost/design-system solution might be to use a sandwich technique with one element on top and the shadow element beneath the tooltip.

@aedu-hostettler the information displayed in the tooltip does not meet the recommendations for this component. A tooltip should contain an explanation of an action, for example .

I'd recommend using a popover or a dialog for this type of content.

@gfellerph thx for the recommendation. to be honest, it was an ultra specific feature request, to have this kind of information popping up this way, on mousehover over the barcodenumber. 😄 that's why it is this way.
