Add --enable-swoole-sqlite to builds

Hi guys. I noticed SQLite support isn't included in the official Docker images:

Would it be possible to add it? It's a very common db to use for lightweight applications nowadays. It's enabled in the Ondrej Ubuntu PPA extension by default:
