A new classification method whose purpose is to:

(1) Identify all "stable phenotypes" of the Boolean network (based on minimal trap spaces).
(2) Project all phenotypes to selected network variables (if provided, otherwise all phenotypes are reported).
(3) For each (projected) phenotype, compute the set of colors/interpretations for which said phenotype exists.

Note that multiple phenotypes can exist in the same interpretation. So the same color can appear in the result for multiple phenotypes.
