I think Jekyll is the best since it works great with github pages. Very easy to write blog posts (markdown) and I have experience working with it. My pleasure to start working on this soon. :-)

Been looking for a replacement to my personal blog for a while now (I'm using Pelican ) and I think this pure org-mode approach with no external dependencies is pretty good: https://ogbe.net/blog/blogging_with_org.html

I haven't tried it my self. but I thought I'd share this here to see what we can do 😄
