  • got values for LCOE and P_var for wind and hydro in most recent paper
  • add datapoints for wind and hydro onto pareto_curve_heuristics.m
  • characterized points for their meanings like wind, solar.

Must be merged after #46 because contains those commits. Waiting on that.
Also, the cv values for other energy sources should be checked that they are measuring variability on a consistent timescale (relevant timescale depends on energy storage assumption).
