Add SkyFi discovery support and bug fixes

This release fixes a few small bugs and adds support for the SkyFi auto-discovery feature. Now SkySafari and other applications supporting the "Auto Discover SkyFi" feature can automatically discover AlpacaScope so you don't need to know the IP address and type that into SkySafari, etc.

Automatically discover the Alpaca Remote Server

This release improves documentation, adds 32bit ARM support for RasperryPi (arm32) and includes two useful features:

1. If your Alpaca Remote Server is running on the same network or host, it should be automatically be found. The new default value for --alpaca-host is auto which enables this feature. You can still of course specify a FQDN or IPv4 address if you so choose.
2. Add support for specifying the Alpaca Remote Server telescope ID via --telescope-id to match the value in the Alpaca Remote Server Setup -> Device Configuration.

Please note that I have received a report that some Windows anti-virus report that AlpacaScope is malware. This is is a false positive and not true. I have submitted the binaries to Google Virus Total and you can see the reports here and here. As you can see, the vast majority of anti-virus software sees them as benign. The false positives are due to a known issue with AntiVirus software miss-categorizing GoLang binaries.

Add LX200 support

Lots of code refactoring, cleanup and adding more unit tests. But most importantly is the addition of LX200 protocol support. Note that this doesn't mean AlpacaScope supports Meade LX200 telescopes (Alpacascope already supports LX200 telescopes via ASCOM), but rather that AlpacaScope can now act like it is a LX200 telescope for 3rd party software like SkySafari, etc.

Small bug fix

This release fixes a bug where TCP connections from SkySafari/etc were not correctly shutdown. May cause connectivity problems after running after a while.

Initial Release

Initial release of AlpacaScope. Tested with SkySafari Pro v6 using Nexstar Advanced GT protocol and ASCOM 6.5RC1 and Alpaca (ASCOM Remote) 1.6.7500.21910.
