Time course simulation: Cannot plot boundary species #12

Cannot add boundary species to plot.
Steps to reproduce:

Load Example 'Simple Three Step Pathway' and simulate it.
Go to 'Dependent Variables' sub panel and select 'More options' to bring up popup window.
Select 'Boundary species' -> 'Xo' and then push 'Apply' button to close pop up window.
Note 'Xo' check box is not present in 'Dependent variables' check box list. Hit 'Simulate' button.

Result:
Only species S1 and S2 are plotted.

Expected:
Three curves plotted: S1, S2, and Xo and 'Xo' check box is present in the 'Dependent variables' sub panel
