Time course simulation: Dependent variables to plot: 'More options' button -> pop up does not add specific variables to plot

The 'More options' popup window does not actually add any variables to plot as well as specified variables are not reflected in the Dependent variables check boxes.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Load app and default model.
2. Hit 'Simulate' button in the 'Time course simulation' panel on left.
3. Go to Dependent Variables sub-panel and select 'More options'
4. Select 'Floating species' 'B' and 'C' to plot, Hit 'Apply' in the pop up window.

Result:

1. all three species (A, B, C) check boxes are checked in the "Dependent Variables" sub panel.
2. When you hit 'Simulate' again, all three species are plotted.

Expected:

1. Only B and C check boxes should be checked.
2. When you hit 'Simulate' again only species B and C should be plotted.
