Every day or so, binlog_reader failed to accept new connection that leads to stress mysql server, when this happen the QPS on the server in question goes haywire from around 300 QPS in our environment to 3K QPS that leads to a lot of instability on the system.
restarting binlog reader will make the system stable again, how can we troubleshoot this instability in binlog reader?

Anyone using this in production can share some pointers on how to make this stable? i'm running binlog_reader under supervisor, I don't think if it will make a difference.
