App Mode: InMemory Implementation
Feature: Add new visit with Echo TTE examination.

TODO

Echo TTE is not persisted in the context after closing the form scene.
Preparation for JasperReports: PrintButton should log the current context of the form upon clicking.
Print constraint: The button should only be accessible after the visit is completed.
