Like OBS, this consists of submenus. The first ones to implement are:

General (interface options, customization) (probably not much to put in here yet).
Output. Built-in MediaStreamRecorder options, some ways to connect to common media servers? Relies on Built-in output manager. #16.
Video (Resolution, FPS).
Audio (Not sure how much control we have over audio output options).
Hotkeys. (Relies on Hotkeys. #17 ).
