Keep the mailing list or not?... #21

The current mailing list is reaching the user limit of the free tier. How should the releases be done in the future? Via other mailing list services or drop mailing list altogether?.

I believe for this kind of projects, the mailing list is the best option (unless there is a kind of "marketplace" included in Darktable).

It should not be too technical. For instance, asking users to follow updates on GitHub is not a good thing I believe, as users are not tech guys.

It should be easy to subscribe to updates, and I think the easiest is the email. But maybe there is an easy way to let people subscribe to release notifications for t3mujinpack by email easily? If so, this could be a solution: you won't have to subscribe to a mailing service, and users would still receive updates notifications.

By the way, thank you very much for sharing these presets :)
